Review: A Baxter Family Christmas by Karen Kingbury

51znhqd-nnlA Baxter Family Christmas is a charming story that lets us back into Karen Kingsbury’s Baxters. With all of John Baxter’s children grown and married with families of their own, it’s the teenage grandchildren who take center stage now. This time, the focus is on the grandkids, especially Maddie, Hayley, and Amy. The Flanigans are also back!

I don’t want to spoil this brand-new Baxter book for y’all, so I’ll just say this: This story made me want to go back to the very beginning of the Baxter saga and read them all over again – all 20+ books. Yes, it’s that good. 🙂

A fabulous addition to the Baxter Family saga! You’ll love popping back into the Baxters’ family and lives again. And…there’s at least three more Baxter books in the pipeline!

My rating: 4.5/5 stars

Recommended for: fans of the Baxter Family saga; Karen Kingsbury’s loyal readers; readers who favor long-running series based on families or simply love revisiting the same characters again and again; those who enjoy cozy family and/or holiday stories

Note: I received a copy of this book via NetGalley.
